Ross O’Brien

Ross O’Brien has held a variety of digital health leadership roles in Immersive and AI both inside the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) as Director of Innovation and Technology at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust in the UK and outside as Managing Director of Wysa an AI Mental Health Company.

Ross was Service Lead for the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service which is the NHS mental health service established following the Grenfell Tower fire in London in 2017.  GHSW supported the traumatised and bereaved community affected by the tragedy, using VR in with the community in the immediate months following.​ 

Ross is an NHS National Innovation Accelerator and London Digital Pioneer Fellow, and holds a Human Rights Masters from the University of London.

Sarah Ticho

Sarah Ticho is an award-winning artist, curator entrepreneur, and change-maker operating at the intersection of health, wellbeing, and storytelling using immersive technologies. She crafts experiences that bridge the mind and body, including the acclaimed XR Experience "Soul Paint,", which has garnered accolades, including the SXSW XR Special Jury Prize in 2024.

In 2022, she received the International Virtual Reality Healthcare Association's Hero Award. Her work has been featured in major media outlets including Forbes and the Hollywood Reporter, and she has delivered talks at esteemed institutions globally.

As co-director of XRHA, Sarah champions the equitable distribution and adoption of XR for health and wellbeing. She continues to  advancing immersive technology adoption in healthcare, through research, curation and consultancy.
